Don’t Betray Us, Mr. Boehner

Mr. Boehner, keep up the fight. The American people do not fear an Obama veto, or the specter of a government shutdown, or the slanderous words of Progressives (and their allies in the lame-stream media) that are spending this country into bankruptcy.

We need a leader, a real leader. One who will stand defiantly, like a colossus, in the maelstrom.

We need a leader who does not say things like; “We control one-half of one-third of the government. We can’t impose our will on the Senate.” Those are the words of a loser. Those are not the words of a fighter.

You, Mr. Boehner, hold the cards. You control the House. And that means that nothing, repeat, nothing passes without your consent. Your House of Representatives proposes spending legislation according to the US Constitution.

And if Harry Reid and Barack Obama don’t like what you propose, if they don’t like the legislation that comes out of the House of Representatives then that’s just tough. That means nothing they want to get done goes through either, not without your consent. That means that their agenda is dead-on-arrival too, and that’s just fine by the American people.

Dick Morris said it best Mr. Boehner:

Speaker John Boehner said there would be no government shutdown. That’s like robbing a store with a gun, but announcing at the outset that you won’t use it. He is throwing away all of our leverage and seems headed for a “compromise” that will betray his weak position. If the Republicans don’t shut the government down now, when will they? Over the debt limit? The 2012 budget? They won’t ever do it. We need to make sure all our Republican Congressmen keep their campaign commitment to us and back the full $61 billion of spending cuts! Every penny! No retreat!

In another post, earlier that same day, Morris wrote: “If House Republicans accept a “compromise” of less than $61 billion in budget cuts, it will demonstrate that they will never really make good on their sole bargaining chip – a government shutdown. If they don’t do it over the continuing resolution (CR), they won’t do it over the debt limit or the 2012 budget. … they will throw away all their power and be revealed as toothless and impotent, though still noisy. In this one act, they will throw away the victory of 2010.”

In those two statements, Morris summed up exactly why we must fight tooth-and-nail. And Morris should know. He was, after all, the man who strategized for Bill Clinton during the shutdown of 1995. He played for a different team back then and he knows how the game is played.

And so, we say to you, Mr. Boehner: Do not waiver. Do not “compromise,” and do not flinch. If you do, you betray the people who elevated you to the position of Speaker of the House.

When the American people told you to stop ObamaCare and stop th.e Obama-Reid spending spree, they were deadly serious.

The $61 billion in cuts that was initially proposed by the House was pathetic. For far too long the American people have put up with inadequate and insufficient rubbish. Hindsight is 20/20, but would it not have been spectacular if our GOP leaders initially put $500 billion, or $1 trillion, or $1.5 trillion in cuts on the table.

The Associated Press wrote was told by Rep. Allen West, R-FL: “In light of a government report suggesting duplications in federal programs cost up to $200 billion, even $61 billion in new cuts seems piddling, said Rep. Allen West, R-Fla. … What does that say to the American people?”

It is time to draw a stark contrast between the competing visions for America’s future

The Boston Tea Party was a protest against taxation without representation. But is our representation today by the U.S. Congress any better than the colonists’ representation by the British Parliament in 1773?

Dear Mr. Senseman,

As you know, there are many unanswered questions about Barack Hussein Obama’s constitutional qualifications to act as President of the United States.  Governor Brewer, or any sitting governor, for that matter, has unique standing to challenge Obama on this issue and resolve the constitutional crisis he has perpetrated on the nation by his refusal to prove that he is a “natural born Citizen” by filing a Writ of Quo Warranto.

The American people are looking to Governor Brewer to defend her state as she is doing, but also to challenge a man who has most likely assumed the office of President through dissembling and deceit, wire fraud, election fraud, and document fraud.

There is a tremendous amount of circumstantial and other evidence which points to a foreign birth for Obama, and by his own admission, he was born a dual citizen. He has also carefully described himself as “a native citizen of the United States of America” but not a “natural born Citizen.”

Article II, Section 1, paragraph 5 of the U.S. Constitution states:

No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

It is impossible for Obama to be a “natural born Citizen” if he was born with dual citizenship, and “native born” is not the same as “natural born.”  Since he has never shown his original birth certificate, we also do not know his actual age.

Congress refused to check on Obama’s qualifications for office, despite thousands of requests to do so by concerned constituents before the certification of electoral votes in January 2009.

It makes no sense to mount an expensive legal defense when Governor Brewer could simply ask Obama “By what authority” his Department of Justice is suing her state and naming her as a defendant.  In fact, if Obama is a usurper to the presidency, he has no authority to do anything nor to direct anyone else to act.  If that is the case, Obama and his entire government must be removed from office and a new presidential election held.

You may have read that Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (Ret.) has called for Obama and his regime to do just that, and he believes that Obama is hiding something very significant about his background from the American people.  For someone to spend almost $2,000,000 to hide his birth certificate and other records, he certainly must be.

All the governor needs to do is file a Quo Warranto.  That’s it, and the lawsuit will be history. So will this false presidency and his Marxist regime which has forced all matter of unconstitutional and injurious legislation upon this nation.  Attorneys Donofrio and Pidgeon are superb constitutional lawyers who reportedly have offered to help write the Quo Warranto filing.

A Lt. Col. with 18 years of service in the Army is going to be court-martialed over Obama’s refusal to prove he is constitutionally qualified, and a retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. has been brought up on false charges in a crooked kangaroo court for filing a Treason complaint against Obama 16 months ago which to this day remains unanswered.

Mr. Senseman, this cannot stand. This is not justice for either one of these fine men, and it is not justice for the 310,000,000 Americans who deserve a “natural born” president, not a usurper with foreign allegiances who was most likely born in a foreign country and is nothing more than a Chicago street thug who mesmerized the sleeping masses.

Governor Brewer can stop this charade.  I hope and pray that she will do so.  The truth will set us all free.

Is the U.S. Selective Service System now blocking access to President Barack Obama’s online registration records?

Members of the public searching the federal database for the commander in chief’s registration are suddenly finding new difficulty, possibly due to the startling revelation of Obama’s alleged use of a Connecticut-based Social Security Number.

The Selective Service System, or SSS, collects names of Americans for use by the Department of Defense in the event of a national emergency. On its website, it says it provides the nation "with a structure and a system of guidelines which will provide the most prompt, efficient, and equitable draft possible, if the country should need it."

Regarding President Obama, "He is registered. There is no doubt in our minds that he has, and we’re quite prepared to say so," SSS public-affairs specialist Dan Amon told WND.

This information from Occidental College was released TODAY, May 4, 2010.  I checked with Snopes and it IS true.  He got financial aid as a foreign student.  The request for his transcript was released in compliance with an order from the Superior Court of the State of California.

In a move certain to fuel  the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group  "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama’s college  transcripts from Occidental College . Released today, the transcript  school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign  student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was  released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for  foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student  must claim foreign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama’s legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups,  Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama’s dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. This study  estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past  year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to  block  disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U..S. Attorney general, Eric Holder.  Mr. Holder has refused to comment on  the matter…

While I’ve little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so  yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?
So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?
And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?
The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama’s citizenship a rather short and simple one.
Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.
Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. .. Passport,
2) He traveled with a  British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.
Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the  U.S. .. State Department’s "no travel" list  in 1981.
Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an  Indonesian passport.
If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that would tend to prove that he  relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.
Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008..
Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.
If you Don’t care that Your President is not a  natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete  this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won’t survive much longer.
If you do care then Forward this to as many patriotic Americans as you can, because our country is being looted and ransacked!

DETROIT — General Motors will conduct a safety recall of 1.3 million compact cars to replace a motor in the power steering system. Vehicles affected are the 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt; 2007-2010 Pontiac G5; 2005-2006 Pontiac Pursuit sold in Canada, and the 2005-2006 Pontiac G4 sold in Mexico.

GM told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration about the voluntary recall on Monday after concluding an investigation that began in 2009. NHTSA opened an investigation Jan. 27 into approximately 905,000 Cobalt models in the United States after receiving more than 1,100 complaints of loss of power steering assist, 14 crashes and one injury.

"After our in-depth investigation, we found that this is a condition that takes time to develop. It tends to occur in older models out of warranty," said Jamie Hresko, GM Vice President of Quality. “Recalling these vehicles is the right thing to do for our customers’ peace of mind.

"While greater steering effort under 15 mph may be required, if the customer experiences loss of power steering assist, it is important to note that the vehicle can still be safely controlled because the customer can still steer the vehicle,” Hresko said. “When the condition occurs, both a chime will sound and a ‘Power Steering’ message will be displayed.”

Plans for the remedy are being developed. Customers will be notified when the plan is finalized.

“Being developed”. So, they don’t have a fix yet.
