The Coming War???

So ObamaCrap has passed and been signed into law for now. We will see how long it lasts. Constitutional Law will come into the picture from the sidelines. I am sure it will come before the SCOTUS, I am not confident of the outcome. We may end up having to take up arms again. What ever it takes to save our Country must, must be done.

The government has degenerated into a system whereby one man is forced to pay another’s bills. No where can I find anything in The Constitution that mandates that Americans must buy anything. The car insurance argument does not fly since you don’t have to own or drive a car.

Such a system, first, is immoral, because it confiscates property by force and denigrates our God-given rights of life and liberty; and, second, is a system that does not work because it corrupts our natural desire to better our condition.

We should call this system by its correct name, Fascism , and condemn it because it inevitably leads to poverty, war, and destruction, and condemn it for us in particular because it is contrary to the hopes, aspirations, and compacts of our Declaration of Independence, Our Bill of Rights and Our Constitution.

In my opinion there are many reasons that the health care law violates our Constitution. One of these is that it controls the labor of physicians, nurses and other practitioners, who rank among our most dedicated citizens, for the benefit of others, controlling the pay they may receive and the treatments and medications they may provide.

I pray for our Country, Paul

So I watched the entire so-called health-care summit yesterday. It was laid out and designed to embarrass and put down Republicans. But the Republicans surprised me they came well prepared they were, courteous and got their points across. and Obama turned out looking like a complete fool.
When one of the Republicans was talking the Democrats sat there looking down or staring off into space. They refused to look at the person who was talking.
Obama true to his Marxist upbringing interrupted or cut off every Republican that was speaking he would then blather on for 15 minutes about whatever usually not answering any issues the Republicans raised and then call on a Democrat to talk. He accused Republicans of using props, bringing props to the summit. The props he was referring to was the 2700 page health-care bill of his.
I was really hoping to see one of the Republicans pick up that bill throw it in the nearest trash can and then all of the Republicans get up say this is useless and walk out of the room. But that is just me, I guess that would not be good politics. I cannot see anything good coming out of this summit, I take that back the Republicans showed that they have the balls a couple of them showed that they have big brass balls and I give them a plus on that regard.
We will see where it goes from here. Will the Democrats decide to commit political suicide and push this thing through with out the help of any Republicans? I doubt that Pelosi has the votes in the House and they have to pass the Senate bill in the House before it can go any further. Pelosi, Reid and Obama are just crazy enough tone deaf enough to try that. They seem to have no clue as to what the American people really want they seem to be of the mindset that this is what you need were going to do it for your own good no matter what you say. Well, I say Screw You. I think an overwhelming number of people are going to say the same thing in November at the polls, at least I hope so.

Special election in Massachusetts

I am praying with every bone in my body for Scott Brown to win this election.

I hope he wins with a large enough margin to overcome the voter fraud from Acorn and SEIU thugs. The Democrats are desperate to win this election, they will resort to anything to win. If it turns out to be a landslide for Brown. I don’t see how they can refuse to seat him immediately and that would give the GOP enough votes to filibuster and stop the Healthcare Bill and And Cap N Trade bill.
Barney Frank is already calling for the elimination of the filibuster rule. They will resort to absolutely anything to stay in power.
Michelle Malkin has a video of a woman in front of one of the polling places this morning, handing out blank absentee ballots and instructing the people how to mark the ballot for the Democrat. Why she was not arrested on the spot I do not know. Oh I know why the Democrat candidate is the Massachusetts Attorney General The deadline for absentee ballots in Massachusetts was last Friday. If someone was doing that and encouraging people to mark the ballot for the Republican. The outrage would be nationwide throughout the media.
So anyway, if you live in Massachusetts, and you are conservative or against bigger government, get your butt to the polls and vote for Scott Brown.

I have a great deal of fear of what is going to happen next in our country. With Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats cramming this monstrosity down our throats. It almost seems like the Senate Republicans are caving in and allowing them to pass the subsequent votes needed to get it passed and sent to the House for Conference.  Our only hope is that the 2010 elections give the Republicans a super majority in both the House of Representatives and Senate. If they can get a veto proof majority in both houses they can overturn this monstrosity and get things back where they belong, I like my health insurance, and I don’t want anybody screwing with it. Below are just a few of the monstrous things in this bill. 2012, cannot get here soon enough for me, our only hope is that someone like Sarah Palin could be elected in 2012. If she decides to run. I am pretty confident that she can win.

  • Medicare is slashed by $470 billion, including cuts to Medicare home health care services. These are cuts the Congressional Budget Office says will "reduce access to care or diminish the quality of care” for seniors
  • Medicare Advantage is cut $120 billion for seniors
  • Raises taxes by $518 billion, including new taxes on the middle class, new taxes on wheelchairs, pacemakers, heart valves, and other medical devices, and new taxes on individuals and employers who do not retain the type of health care plans that Washington dictates
  • Senate Democrats’ bill creates an Independent Medicare Advisory Board (IMAB) of non-elected government bureaucrats, empowered to cut Medicare providers limited access to care for seniors
  • The bill forces a huge unfunded federal mandate on states to expand Medicaid, with the exception of those states where Democrat senators cut “sweetheart deals” with Obama and Reid for their vote

I honestly and foolishly thought that it would take him at least. His first term, or only term to destroy this country. Now he’s on the doorstep of destroying the country in one year, one vote away from destroying the healthcare of the United States. The people in the House of Representatives and the Senate who voted for this piece of crap can not be punished enough. I honestly don’t know if this thing could be overturned. Once past and put into law, because we all know the President Zero will sign it. He is absolutely desperate to get anything passed, no matter what kind of piece of crap that is.
I don’t know who wrote this I found it on Newsbusters in light of things it seems quite appropriate. I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, enjoy it while we still have the freedom to do so.

Congress’ Night Before Christmas

"Twas the week before Christmas    and  those sly little elves,
Our congressmen, labored to better themselves.
They cared not a whit what the public might think
"Let them eat cake," some said with a wink.

And putting their thumbs to the tip of their nose,
they waved as they shouted "Anything goes!"

They scoffed at the thought that we might object,
to a tax cut for the wealthy of a posh percent.
They’ve got prerequisites-franking, per diem, and more —
bargain-priced haircuts and gyms (three or four!)

Paid speaking engagements and meals on the cuff,
celebrity status — (they’ve sure got it tough!),

Yet they claim they’re in touch with the man on the street,
as John Q. Public struggles to make both ends meet.
If all workers decided what they were due,
they’d be getting those fat paychecks too!

But while we take cutbacks or raises quite small,
and one out of 20 has no job at all,
our millionaire Congress decides on the budget
land trimming Medicare and Medicaid will do it, they say.

In this season for giving, our Congress is taking.
We’ve had it with them and our backs are breaking.
With hard times, disasters, and layoffs on our dockets,
we bit the bullet and they fill their pockets!

Oh jobless, oh homeless, oh desperate and needy –
dare anyone say our Congress is greedy?

If in this feeling I’m not alone,
take up your pen or pick up your phone.
As dry leaves before the wild hurricane fly,
let the road of your anger mount to the sky.

Indignant, outraged, appalled and beset
let your congressman know that you won’t forget!
When election times comes — and certain it will —
you’re voting him out for passing that bill.

More rapid than eagles, their elections assured
they toasted each other and laughed at the herd.
And I heard them exclaim with adjournment at hand,

"Merry Christmas to us, and the public be damned!

We Are Living The Infamy!!

December 7, 1941, so many many years ago, and the Gipper’s words still ring true. I lost an Uncle on the USS Arizona, I hope to visit there before I die.

"The fact is that in the past few decades we have seen a dramatic shift in how we spend the taxpayer’s dollar. Back in 1955, payments to individuals took up only about 20 percent of the federal budget. For nearly three decades, these payments steadily increased and, this year, will account for 49 percent of the budget. By contrast, in 1955 defense took up more than half of the federal budget. By 1980 this spending had fallen to a low of 23 percent. Even with the increase that I am requesting this year, defense will still amount to only 28 percent of the budget. The calls for cutting back the defense budget come in nice, simple arithmetic. They’re the same kind of talk that led the democracies to neglect their defenses in the 1930s and invited the tragedy of World War II. We must not let that grim chapter of history repeat itself through apathy or neglect. … Free people must voluntarily through open debate and democratic means, meet the challenge that totalitarians pose by compulsion. It’s up to us, in our time, to choose and choose wisely between the hard but necessary task of preserving peace and freedom and the temptation to ignore our duty and blindly hope for the best while the enemies of freedom grow stronger day by day." –Ronald Reagan

We have lost our way, I was very disappointed in George W. Bush and the way he handled certain things. I did and do not agree with him on border security and the massive spending that he did increased the size of government, and we have even more illegal aliens in this country than we did before. After saying that, this fraud of a president we have now is breaking all records for stupidity. It is possible that he is just an evil SOB intent on destroying this country bringing it down to third world level and with this Cap And Trade putting us back in the seventh century.

Pres. zero is in Copenhagen and I am sure that he will sign the treaty giving away the sovereignty of our nation. Fortunately, the treaty must be ratified by Congress, but I have little faith in the Congress that we have now.

I heard on the news this morning that some rotten Republicans are even considering compromising on this monster of a health bill. I have made it quite clear in the past just how I fear for the future if this  health bill passes.

Pres. zero is like a bowler trying to throw strikes with five or six balls at the same time, on the same lane. I get the real feeling that he is trying to do as much as possible to destroy this country. In this one and only term as President that he has.

I say this from my heart and my brain there is only one person I trust to turn this country around and get it going in the right direction. That would be former Gov. Sarah Palin. Every attack that the left launches on her. Just shows how much they fear her. Plus the critics who claim that she is too stupid to write her own book. Try reading it Asshats. Who cares that she may not have typed words herself. These days, what writer does actually type them themselves. They always have someone else type the words that they had dictated to them, the words in that book come from her heart. Anyone who has been to Alaska can easily tell. I have been there, and I can tell you that the words in her book describe Alaska. Better than anyone I have ever seen write about it.

Just a note to Alan that AssHole that started the war with me on Facebook, actually this is about Alan he had to have visited this site. That is the only way that he would have known that I use Dragon NaturallySpeaking. Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t type worth a damn. This program has saved my butt. And to you, Alan, screw off. Take your troll, butt somewhere else. I don’t have the time or the patience to screw around with some fool like him.

Kill the Bills. Do Health Reform Right

1:27 pm in An Evil Fraud, Dr. Charles Krauthammer, Economy, Is a Scam, Lies, Lies and more Lies, National Healthcare by skyzot63

by Charles Krauthammer

From Townhall.com

It is tacky to post other peoples articles, but some are just too important, not to post. The Secular Socialists are attempting to destroy America as we know it with this HealthCare scam and Cap n Trade. I see the possibility of an armed revolution in our future.

WASHINGTON — The United States has the best health care in the world — but because of its inefficiencies, also the most expensive. The fundamental problem with the 2,074-page Senate health-care bill (as with its 2,014-page House counterpart) is that it wildly compounds the complexity by adding hundreds of new provisions, regulations, mandates, committees and other arbitrary bureaucratic inventions.

Worse, they are packed into a monstrous package without any regard to each other. The only thing linking these changes — such as the 118 new boards, commissions and programs — is political expediency. Each must be able to garner just enough votes to pass. There is not even a pretense of a unifying vision or conceptual harmony.

The result is an overregulated, overbureaucratized system of surpassing arbitrariness and inefficiency. Throw a dart at the Senate tome:

– You’ll find mandates with financial penalties — the amounts picked out of a hat.

– You’ll find insurance companies (who live and die by their actuarial skills) told exactly what weight to give risk factors, such as age. Currently insurance premiums for 20-somethings are about one-sixth the premiums for 60-somethings. The House bill dictates the young shall now pay at minimum one-half; the Senate bill, one-third — numbers picked out of a hat.

– You’ll find sliding scales for health-insurance subsidies — percentages picked out of a hat — that will radically raise marginal income tax rates for middle- class recipients, among other crazy unintended consequences.

The bill is irredeemable. It should not only be defeated. It should be immolated, its ashes scattered over the Senate swimming pool.

Then do health care the right way — one reform at a time, each simple and simplifying, aimed at reducing complexity, arbitrariness and inefficiency.

First, tort reform. This is money — the low-end estimate is about half a trillion per decade — wasted in two ways. Part is simply hemorrhaged into the legal system to benefit a few jackpot lawsuit winners and an army of extravagantly rich malpractice lawyers such as John Edwards.

The rest is wasted within the medical system in the millions of unnecessary tests, procedures and referrals undertaken solely to fend off lawsuits — resources wasted on patients who don’t need them and which could be redirected to the uninsured who really do.

In the 4,000-plus pages of the two bills, there is no tort reform. Indeed, the House bill actually penalizes states that dare "limit attorneys’ fees or impose caps on damages." Why? Because, as Howard Dean has openly admitted, Democrats don’t want "to take on the trial lawyers." What he didn’t say — he didn’t need to — is that they give millions to the Democrats for precisely this kind of protection.

Second, even more simple and simplifying, abolish the prohibition against buying health insurance across state lines.

Some states have very few health insurers. Rates are high. So why not allow interstate competition? After all, you can buy oranges across state lines. If you couldn’t, oranges would be extremely expensive in Wisconsin, especially in winter.

And the answer to the resulting high Wisconsin orange prices wouldn’t be the establishment of a public option — a federally run orange-growing company in Wisconsin — to introduce "competition." It would be to allow Wisconsin residents to buy Florida oranges.

But neither bill lifts the prohibition on interstate competition for health insurance. Because this would obviate the need — the excuse — for the public option, which the left wing of the Democratic Party sees (correctly) as the royal road to fully socialized medicine.

Third, tax employer-provided health insurance. This is an accrued inefficiency of 65 years, an accident of World War II wage controls. It creates a $250 billion annual loss of federal revenues — the largest tax break for individuals in the entire federal budget.

This reform is the most difficult to enact, for two reasons. The unions oppose it. And the Obama campaign savaged the idea when John McCain proposed it during last year’s election.

Insuring the uninsured is a moral imperative. The problem is that the Democrats have chosen the worst possible method — a $1 trillion new entitlement of stupefying arbitrariness and inefficiency.

The better choice is targeted measures that attack the inefficiencies of the current system one by one — tort reform, interstate purchasing and taxing employee benefits. It would take 20 pages to write such a bill, not 2,000 — and provide the funds to cover the uninsured without wrecking both U.S. health care and the U.S. Treasury.

Health Care Reform: Don’t Copy Europe’s Mistakes

Once again the spineless Republicans have snatched defeat the from the jaws of victory. With the passage of the Stupak Amendment. They gave the blue dog Democrats the chance to cover their butts to their constituents by voting for the amendment. And then they could vote yes on the Pelosi bill. Did they wonder why so many Democrats voted for the Stupak bill? Are they so foolish that they think that amendment will be in the final product? I think not. That amendment will be shoved under the carpet gone. Perhaps if they had watched this video, they would’ve gotten a clue as to what they were doing. But I doubt it.

In this new video from the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, Eline van den Broek of the Netherlands needs only about four minutes to explain why government-run healthcare in Europe is a mistake .and why the problems in the U.S. healthcare system are the result of too much government, not too little
